Hello teacher and everyone. My name is Nhi. I am 14 years old. I live in Vietnam. I go to Quán Bàu Secondary School and I am in class nine.
Today, I would like to talk about a traditional Vietnamese dish.
The dish I want to talk about is pho. Pho is a famous dish in Vietnam and it is very popular all over the country. It is loved by many people, both in Vietnam and around the world. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken, and a tasty broth. It is also served with herbs such as mint and coriander, and spices like pepper, chili, and lime. These ingredients make the dish very delicious and flavorful.
People can eat pho at any time of the day, such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is popular all year round and is often enjoyed with family or friends.
In my opinion, pho is a wonderful dish. I really like it because it is not only delicious but also healthy. The soup is rich in flavor, and it is one of my favorite foods. In conclusion, pho is a traditional and special dish that represents Vietnamese culture. I am very proud of this dish.
