Hello teacher and everyone. My name is Mai. I am 12 years old and I’m a student in class 7. I go to Hà Huy Tập secondary school.
Today, I would like to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of different energy sources.
First, solar energy is clean, safe, and good for the environment. However, it is expensive and it does not work well at night or on cloudy days.
Second, wind energy is renewable and does not cause pollution. But it depends on the weather, and wind turbines can be noisy.
Third, hydro energy can produce a lot of electricity and it is reliable. However, dams are expensive to build and they may affect animals and nature.
Finally, fossil fuels are easy to use and available in many places. However, they are limited and they cause air pollution.
In my opinion, we should use more renewable energy because it is cleaner and better for our future. Thank you for listening.
